In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement. The qq724 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account or using any service on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. qq724 enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesia market.

2.2 Residency. To register and maintain an Account, you must be a resident of Indonesia. qq724 is designed and operated to serve English-preference players located in Indonesia. Users connecting from Prohibited Territories are not eligible to register or transact.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use the Platform.

2.4 Single Account Rule. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one qq724 Account only. 4.1 Accepted Currencies. All transactions on qq724 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). qq724 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by qq724; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

5.5 qq724's Right to Modify Promotions. qq724 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via email to registered members where reasonably practicable.

6.1 Game Outcomes. 6.3 Disconnection Policy. 6.4 Void Bets and Cancelled Events. qq724 reserves the right to void bets where an error in odds or market configuration is identified (e.g., a manifest pricing error). Voided bets are returned to the player's balance in full. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qq724 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documents.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or mechanical devices to place bets or interact with Platform features.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair financial advantage.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the qq724 Platform — including but not limited to the qq724 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game assets, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of qq724 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Permitted Use. qq724 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any qq724 content without prior written authorisation.

8.3 Third-Party Content. 10.4 Cap on Liability. 11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your qq724 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC checks.

11.2 qq724's Right to Suspend or Close. qq724 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure or termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Where termination arises from a breach of these Terms, qq724 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Clause 7 (Prohibited Conduct), Clause 8 (Intellectual Property), Clause 10 (Limitations of Liability), and Clause 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.

11.4 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion from their Account dashboard or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion options range from 30-day cooling-off periods to permanent exclusion. 12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the qq724 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 12.3 Archived Versions. Prior versions of the qq724 Terms and Conditions are retained internally and are available to Users upon written request to the support team within 12 months of the relevant version's supersession.

13.1 Applicable Law. 13.3 Language of Agreement. These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version (if provided for convenience), the English version shall prevail.
